Role Description:

This is a full-time Hybrid role in India for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for recruitment, full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, account management, and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Between 5-8 years of Recruitment and Hiring skills
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Account Management skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • ⁠Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers and well versed with US Visa Types
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of in the recent past
  • Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques
  • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them in the internal ATS
  • Responsible for negotiating with the Vendor and Clients, regarding the bill rates on w2/1099/CTC basis
  • Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
  • Must be willing to work in Night Shift

Job Overview:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your expertise in IT recruitment will be crucial in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting our company's growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality IT professionals
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites
  • Use multiple sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and role requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle the onboarding process for new hires
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and various sourcing techniques
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
